About Branson
I'm the Head Director of Theater and Speech/Debate at a Texas high school, where I hold an MFA and lead a full theater production and competitive speech program. I also serve on my region's National Speech & Debate Association committee, so I stay closely connected to what colleges and competitive programs are actually looking for. My background spans directing, technical theater, writing instruction, and coaching students through high-pressure auditions and interviews. I know how to break down a skill into something learnable — and how to keep a nervous student calm before it counts. You're working with someone who does this for a living, not just on the side.
