About Kailey
I am an experienced elementary educator with a passion for helping children grow academically and gain confidence in their abilities. I have experience working with students across the elementary age range and have a strong background in reading, literacy, writing, math, and individualized instruction.
As a classroom teacher, I understand that students do not all learn at the same pace or in the same way. I enjoy getting to know each student, identifying their strengths and areas of need, and creating instruction that meets them where they are.
I believe that every child is capable of learning and making meaningful progress when they are given the right support, instruction, encouragement, and opportunities to practice.
My goal with tutoring is to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing the skills and confidence they need to be successful in school.

I offer individualized tutoring for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s current academic level, specific needs, learning style, and goals.

Every student learns differently. Rather than simply completing grade-level worksheets, I work to identify the specific skills your child has mastered and the areas where they need additional support.
Tutoring may focus on filling foundational skill gaps, strengthening current grade-level skills, preparing for upcoming concepts, or providing enrichment for students who are ready for a challenge.
My goal is not only to improve academic performance, but to help students truly understand what they are learning, develop effective learning strategies, and become confident and independent learners.
