About Rianne
I am a secondary classroom English teacher based in London and have been teaching for three years.
I have always had a fond appreciation and love of writing and literature and since my own early secondary school years, I have pursued this as a hobby and a keen interest.
I was always told growing up that I would make a great teacher and at the age of 25, I listened to this advice and decided to train. I joined a programme called TeachFirst, which brings great teachers to disadvantaged communities. Therefore, I have always been eager to provide a great education to those who need it the most.
I am a friendly and personable teacher. I take a calm and relaxed approach to study which I hope creates a great atmosphere for my students. I am also reflective, so I grow and develop as a professional.
I am really looking forward to teaching all my future tutee’s so don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Hi there! My name is Rianne Hall and I have been an English teacher in secondary schools for the last three years.
I have always been enthusiastic about helping my students achieve the best grades they can in English, but I have also ensured that I have pushed myself to continuously improve and develop my teaching.
Whilst teaching, I have also studied alongside it to gain a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. Through my studies I have explored different pedagogy tailored to the needs of the individual student which will allow them to learn best. Therefore, you can guarantee that as your tutor, I will gather data that will help me tailor my teaching and the lessons so that you learn to the best of your ability. Through assessment I will then be able to plan ahead for future lessons to ensure gaps in knowledge are filled.
If you are working towards your G.C.S.E’s, need extra support on a text you are studying or need help approaching unseen texts and much more, I’m the tutor for you!
