About Yasmin
Hi, I’m Yasmin! I’m a native English speaker from Scotland. I'm a professional photographer and graduated in 2024. Since then, I’ve been working with other photographers and creatives, which has given me a lot of experience communicating with different people. I love learning about my students’ cultures, interests, and ways of thinking. That’s what makes tutoring exciting for me. Whether you want to build your vocabulary, improve your fluency, or just get comfortable speaking English, I’m here to help in a way that works for you.

My classes are centred around conversation, so we can talk about life, exchange hobbies and interests, practise for job interviews, or discuss anything that helps you improve your English! Sometimes classes will be fully conversational, and sometimes we will practise by using news articles, poetry, videos etc. This will help you to practise reading in English and understanding various texts. A full lesson will last 50 minutes, I also offer half lessons at 25 minutes if you prefer shorter classes, or don't have time! I've had the pleasure of teaching students all around the world as a remote tutor. I teach B1-C1 level students 18+
