About Paige
I have been tutoring for 2 years, helping children to pass their GCSE English papers as well as helping children aged 5-11 with English, Maths and Science. I have experience teaching children with dyslexia and mandarin speakers. I have taught around 20 students and we are waiting to hear about their results this year; however last year I had 7 students with 6 achieving between 9-7. I am currently a HLTA in a primary school focusing on key stage 1 and EYFS. I have a BA(Hons) in International Business management from Coventry University.

I give lessons to those studying GCSE English Literature and English Language as well as Maths, Science and English for primary school children aged 5 to 11. My teaching techniques for GCSE is to get my students to do a past paper for me the first lesson and from there I can see areas of improvement but I will also ask the pupil which areas they don't feel confident on so we can also improve them and build upon confidence as I believe that to be a key characteristic for success. Whereas for primary school age we would usually work through a text book together and focus on areas I feel they are struggling with most.
