About Anna
I am a trained ESL Teacher. I've been teaching English since 2011, at that time I was a student at Penza State University in Russia. I graduated in 2014 with a Specialist diploma (Master's equivalent) in ESL Teaching. I've worked both online and offline, with individuals, groups, adults and children. I feel excited every time my current or former students contact me and tell me about their success using the English language, either it is the first time they didn't feel their language barrier or got excellent exam results.

My teaching method is communication and individual approach. I am always interested in what my student has to say about themselves, me or the world. My lessons usually consist of all the language aspects: we start with a quick speaking warm up, then move to listening, reading and discussion, pick up new words along the way, elicit new grammar rules and finish up by using everything we have learned this time in a personal conversation. It's important for me to be on the same wave as my students.
