About VIVIEN
I worked as an English language and literature teacher in Hong Kong for 5 years. I have taught Chinese and southeast Asian students of primary to secondary levels. In addition, I also have more than 10 years of experience in individual and group tutoring on subjects such as Cambridge English examinations, phonics, English speaking and grammar.

I believe proficiency in a language could bring individuals to wherever they want to be. However, in order to achieve proficiency, motivation is key. I would therefore design my own materials based on the interests of my students. It is also important for individuals to master all 4 language skills while acquiring a language. Depending on the needs of my students, I would spend more or less time in certain skills to ensure my students achieve fluency in the most efficient way possible.
