About Kayode Mike
The key to success is tailoring each student learning development journey to their abilities. I am a highly motivational and encouraging tutor that aims to both improve the confidence and independence of each student whilst learning.
I aim to build confidence and the willingness to learn through activities, tasks and opportunities to make leaning fun and exciting for all I can create visual aids and tailored lesson plans to ensure fluidity.
My approach aims to guide, support and teach all students how to make the most of their time studying and learning English.
This approach often includes situations and opportunities such as writing creative stories/essays, listening to videos, reading articles and interacting with other native speakers.
The aim it to set effective and clear goals from the beginning to ensure both tutor and student can constantly reflect on achievements and areas for improvement.
I have taught adults of all ages and have extensive experience working with young people and children. I have experienced great success in tutoring students sitting TOFEL/IELTS and other common entrance exams.
I have experience teaching one to one sessions, small medium and large groups in person and via Skype sessions.
