Everything starts with a detailed assessment, allowing me to understand your background, limitations, and expectations. Based on that, I design personalized training programs delivered through a complete training app, which includes:

I’m always available to answer your questions. Access is monthly, and programs are updated every three months, respecting the time needed for real adaptations and long-term progress.
