About Spark Muay Thai
I have experience both as a Muay Thai coach and a fighter, and have been training full-time under a professional Muay Thai fighter’s regimen over the past 2 years. I’ve been lucky to have train under seasoned Thai coaches, and would like to bring that style of training into my sessions.

I was trained and brought up in a traditional Muay Thai gym in Hong Kong, so my sessions focus not only on good technique, but also good fun and humour - as well as learning how to relax and be efficient in your striking!
The session will also include conditioning, and can be further tailored to your needs and goals. If you’re at a more advanced level, I’d be happy to incorporate some sparring and even clinch training.
Beyond the physical aspect, my hope is for my clients to build confidence and feel empowered through training Muay Thai, especially for women. I have been on this journey myself and have found strength and purpose after picking up Muay Thai!
