I'm offering my first session at $21/hour as a way to make it easy for us to get started and see if we're a good fit. This is my way of extending goodwill—a lower-risk way for you to experience my teaching style and approach before making a longer-term commitment.

After our first session, my rate increases to reflect my qualifications: Florida Professional Teaching Certification, 15 years of classroom experience across two countries, and my background as a U.S. Army veteran. I believe in transparency, so I will always let you know in advance before any rate changes.
