I am a friendly, professional educator who is dedicated to providing enjoyable tutoring sessions. I'll take the time to get to know what you need and help you to feel more confident after every lesson.
I have lots of experience working with students from a range of backgrounds and starting points, including those with SEND.

A bespoke service tailored towards your needs - whether improving progress at KS3 or securing those all important grades at GCSE and A level.
I have 9 years experience within the education sector and have supported many students through their exams. I currently work as a teacher educator where I train English teachers in line with the most up to date educational research.
My tutoring sessions are shaped by you - from 1 - 2 hours of tuition with a focus of your choice. I can support you to identify the most important areas for development and target these skills; reading analysis, a range of writing types, poetry comparison etc.
Our sessions would include the explicit teaching of skills, discussion of texts, practice and feedback.
