About Sophy
My name is Sophy Chen, currently I'm a Pearson IGCSE Accounting examiner. I'm AAT Level 4 qualified teacher, hold a degree in Tourism and Business Management. I have experience in teaching GCSE maths and AAT Level 2, AAT Level 3 and IGCSE Accounting. I have helped my students to achieve high grades and healthy study habits.

My teaching approach is student-centred and adaptive. I start the lesson by assessing each learner's learning style, weak areas and planning lessons according to individual needs. I use a mix of explanation, in-lesson practice and real-world examples to ensure full understanding. Lessons usually last 60 minutes but 120 mins are also available. I hold AAT Level 4, Bachelor's in Tourism and Business Management, Postgraduate in Education, Level 2 Counselling Skills Certificate. I have 7 years teaching experience and have helped many learners to achieve higher grades. Lessons are for those who want to achieve higher GCSE maths grades or those who want to achieve high AAT L2 and AAT L3 grades.
