About Caio
I have been playing guitar since I was eight years old, and today, at 24, music continues to be one of the most important parts of my life. Over the years, I have performed in choirs, played in bands, and regularly perform live in bars during the summer. These experiences have helped me develop not only technical skills, but also stage presence, rhythm, musical sensitivity, and confidence.
With over 8 years of teaching experience, I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults at beginner and intermediate levels. My experience has taught me how to adapt to different learning styles and personalities, ensuring that each student feels supported and motivated.
I take my role as a teacher seriously. I prepare my lessons carefully, set clear goals, and create structured progress plans so students can clearly see their improvement. At the same time, I believe music should never feel boring or intimidating. My goal is to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
Students can expect professionalism, patience, organization, and a positive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes because that is how real growth happens.
I am committed to helping each student build confidence, develop solid musical foundations, and truly enjoy the process of learning guitar.

I am a guitar teacher with over 8 years of experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults. My lessons are designed for beginners and intermediate students who want to learn in a practical, motivating, and musical way.
My teaching methodology is based on learning by playing real songs from the very beginning. I believe students stay motivated when they practice music they actually enjoy. During lessons, I combine technique (chords, strumming patterns, rhythm, fingerstyle), music theory (scales, harmony, timing), and ear training in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
A typical lesson usually includes:
• Warm-up exercises to improve coordination and rhythm
• Learning or reviewing chords and techniques
• Practicing a song chosen by the student
• Understanding the musical concepts behind the song
• Setting clear and achievable goals for the next lesson
For beginners, we focus on building a strong foundation and confidence. For intermediate students, we work on improving technique, musicality, rhythm precision, and expanding repertoire.
What sets me apart is my patience, positive energy, and ability to adapt lessons to each student’s personality and goals. As a Brazilian teacher fluent in English and Portuguese, I can also support bilingual students or families. I create a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged, not pressured.
My goal is simple: help you play the songs you love while truly understanding music.
