About Thumesha
Experienced and competent professional currently working as a Lecturer at National Institute of Business Management which is a pioneer education and professional training institute in Sri Lanka under the Ministry of skills development and vocational training. Having worked at Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology in Brunei Darussalam as a senior lecturer in Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Mathematics and Statistics for one year and possessing three and a half years of industrial experience in MAS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka and three years as a research assistant at JICA, Sri Lanka. Experienced in coursework planning and conducting professional trainings and workshops. Possessing excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.

I have six years of past experience as a lecturer teaching diploma and degree level students. I have obtained my Bachelors degree and Masters from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka and have got my qualifications accredited through WES for Canadian standards. I'm fluent in English and have obtained an IELTS score of 8. I provide lecture notes, worked exercises and tutorials in my teaching and always bring in examples of practical world.
