About Ahtisham
I’m a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and competitive bodybuilder with a coaching style built on real-life experience, education, and genuine passion for helping people transform their fitness. I’ve been on both sides of the journey — I’ve been overweight, and I’ve been fit — so I fully understand the physical, emotional and mental challenges that come with changing your body. Because of this, I coach with empathy, honesty and clarity, giving you the guidance I wish I had when I started. My goal as a coach is simple: to teach you exactly what to do, where to start, and how to stay consistent in a way that fits your life. My coaching style is supportive but structured, combining years of personal training knowledge with the discipline and experience gained through bodybuilding competitions. I focus on proper form, building strong foundations, sustainable progress, and helping you develop the confidence to train effectively on your own. I work with all ages and fitness levels, offering flexible online sessions, personalised training plans, video demonstrations, and regular check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable. My coaching style is built around a real, lived understanding of both sides of the fitness journey — because I’ve been overweight and I’ve been fit, and I know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to stay consistent. This experience allows me to guide clients with empathy, practical knowledge, and realistic strategies that actually work in everyday life. I use a client-centred, structured and progressive approach. My methodology combines: Personalised training plans tailored to your fitness level, goals, lifestyle and limitations Clear, step-by-step guidance so you always know what to do and why you’re doing it Education-based coaching — I teach proper form, technique, mindset, and how to build sustainable habits Accountability and motivation, including regular check-ins, progress reviews and adjustments Flexible methods such as video demonstrations, live sessions and written programmes, depending on your preference My aim is not just to train you but to teach you the skills and confidence to train yourself long-term. I am a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional experience as a competitive bodybuilder, which gives me advanced knowledge in strength training, body transformation, nutrition awareness and performance coaching. Because I’ve personally gone through both weight gain and weight-loss phases, I understand what works, what doesn’t, and how to keep you progressing safely and effectively.
