About Ghayyur
I am an experienced teacher who spent 10 years teaching in London and have been teaching online for six years. I have taught students from a wide range of abilities, including students who were born and brought up in London and initially had little or no ability to speak, read or write Urdu. I particularly enjoy helping these students build their Urdu skills from the basics and develop confidence step by step. I also have experience helping students prepare for GCSE and A-Level Urdu examinations and understand the requirements of the UK education system. I believe every student can make progress with clear, patient and structured teaching, and I take pride in helping students achieve their goals.

My Urdu lessons are personalised, interactive and focused on building strong language skills and confidence. I have extensive experience teaching the UK curriculum and helping students prepare for GCSE and A-Level Urdu examinations. I adapt each lesson to the student’s ability and exam board, with a clear focus on reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary and exam technique. We work through questions and past papers step by step, identify areas for improvement and build confidence through regular practice. My aim is to help every student develop a strong understanding of Urdu and achieve their best possible results.
