About Joanne
My name is Joanne and I am a graduate engineer who shifted her interests towards teaching English and mathematics after volunteering with a school for orphans and vulnerable children. I enjoyed my time there and from that, I dedicated my time to creating an impact in society and helping individuals learn English in a fun and interactive manner. I enjoy traveling, watching documentaries, reading, and writing and I hope one day I will be a published author.Currently, I am working towards earning my TEFL English certification.

I employ a variety of interactive and visual aids to make abstract concepts more tangible. This could include educational games, multimedia presentations, and real-life examples to help students grasp difficult topics.
3. Active Participation:
I encourage active participation during lessons, fostering a collaborative learning atmosphere. Students are prompted to ask questions, share their thoughts, and engage in discussions, promoting a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
4. Progress Monitoring:

The teaching sessions are between 45 minutes to an hour however they can be adjusted to suit different student needs.
I hold a degree in Geospatial Engineering with a specialization in Mathematics and English. Additionally, I have hands-on experience working with elementary and high school students, both in traditional classroom settings and virtual environments.
My lessons are designed for elementary and high school students and adults struggling with mathematics and English. I aim to foster a love for learning while providing the necessary support and guidance to help students succeed in their endeavors.
