About Me
Hi, I'm Saiful — a dedicated Math and Science tutor with Tutor Doctor, based in Sydney. I hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which means I bring both deep subject knowledge and real-world problem-solving experience to every single lesson.
I work with students of all ages and levels — from primary school through to university — and I take great pride in making complex topics feel clear, manageable, and even enjoyable.
My Teaching Approach
I believe every student has the potential to succeed — they just need the right support. I tailor each session to the individual learner, identifying gaps in understanding and building from the ground up. Rather than simply providing answers, I guide students to think critically and develop the skills to solve problems independently.
Lessons typically run for 60 minutes and are structured, focused, and always conducted at a pace that suits the student.

Hi! I'm a Math and Science tutor with Tutor Doctor, holding a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I'm passionate about helping students of all ages and levels — from primary school all the way through to university — build real confidence in subjects that can feel intimidating at first.
My Approach:
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all teaching. Every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand how you think and adapt my explanations to suit your style. I focus on building strong foundations first, then work up to more complex ideas — so nothing feels like it's coming out of nowhere.
What a Typical Lesson Looks Like:
Sessions usually run for 60 minutes, starting with a quick check-in on what's been tricky that week, then working through problems together step by step. I always leave time at the end for questions and a mini recap so concepts actually stick.
