About Victor George
I am a teacher and trainer who has recently retired. Always being an active person, I find that I need to share my knowledge and build capacity in others. I have worked for many years in different countries throughout the Asia/Pacific Region while training and building the capacity of others. I hold business qualifications and also English teaching qualifications. While working overseas, I have often been asked to teach English and this is the reason why I studied Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

My skills are in Financial Management and Workplace Training and my work has usually been in cross-cultural environments. While working in Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam, I was often asked to also teach the English language to local work colleagues. This prompted me to study TESOL over a number of years concluding with Certificate lV in 2011. My methodology is to first assess the group's knowledge, develop a suitable curriculum and then a series of lesson plans tailored to the group's need. I have usually prepared an examination and given the aim of passing the examination to the students.
