About Hannah
I am an experienced nanny working for private families, with sole care of up to 3 children ranging from reception to year 6.
I have recently worked with 2 families over lockdown providing homeschooling for Reception, Year 1 and Year 5 aged children with a range of needs including working above and below their age-related expectations
I am in my 3rd year of a university degree, in Primary Education with QTS, in 7 months I will be a qualified classroom teacher. During my degree, I have completed 2 professional placements working in schools as the role of class teacher as well as teaching assistant, in Years 2 , 3 and 4.

I use my pedagogical knowledge from my degree to implement strategies that will make sure your child is learning up to date skills and strategies that will improve their learning both at home and in the classroom. I like to focus on the mastery approach in mathematics and a contextualised GPS style in Literacy, to ensure learners understand WHY they are using certain methods to find their answers.
