My Teaching Approach As a teacher, my approach is student-centered, inclusive, and flexible, ensuring every learner feels supported and confident. I believe that each student learns differently, and I adapt my methods to suit their pace, interests, and learning style — especially when working with children with special needs. Teaching Techniques & Methods I use a blend of visuals, real-life examples, interactive discussions, and scaffolded questioning to build understanding. For special needs learners, I use multi-sensory approaches, positive reinforcement, structured routines, and personalized support strategies. I break down complex topics into bite-sized, manageable chunks with regular checks for understanding. My classes are interactive, supportive, and encouraging, aiming to create a safe space where students aren’t afraid to make mistakes. Class Structure Each class typically follows this flow: Warm-up/Recap – 5-10 minutes to revisit prior learning or assess readiness. Concept Explanation – Clear and engaging teaching of the day’s topic using digital tools or everyday examples. Guided Practice – Step-by-step problem-solving or hands-on exercises with my help. Independent Practice – The student attempts similar problems on their own (I monitor and support as needed). Review & Feedback – Recap of key points and answering any doubts. Optional Homework/Activity – Tailored to the student's capacity and needs. What Sets Me Apart I have experience working with neurodiverse learners (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.) and know how to create inclusive, encouraging learning spaces. I am well-versed with all Indian and international boards (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and State boards). I teach with empathy, patience, and creativity, which makes my classes both effective and enjoyable. I am fluent in English and familiar with French, which helps in language learning support. Who My Classes Are For School students (Grades 1 to 10 – All subjects & boards) 11th and 12th graders – Biology (all boards) Students up to Grade 8 – French (basic to intermediate level) Children with special learning needs – Individualized support plans and customized lessons Whether it’s catching up, test prep, concept strengthening, or learning support, my goal is to help each child grow into a confident, independent learner.
