About Courtney
Hello everyone, my name is Courtney and I am your knowledgeable and friendly ESL tutor! Languages are my absolute passion, and over the past ten years I have dedicated my time to learning Italian (fluent), German (conversational), and Auslan (beginner). My love for languages stems from my underlying desire to understand and empathise with people from all walks of life! For this reason, I studied a cert IV in TESOL so that I can help those coming from different countries to begin their new lives wherever they may be!

I have four years experience tutoring Italian, and have been very successful with my students. I have recently completed my certificate IV in TESOL and did eight hours of practicum. I plan to study a diploma in TESOL to further my knowledge in the field and understand the ESL learner as much as I can.
In my lessons, I will bring all my knowledge from my experience in teaching Italian to deliver the highest quality ESL lessons possible.
Due to my four years of tutoring experience, I have learnt a lot about teaching methods and how people learn, and have used this as an opportunity to fine tune my approach to teaching. I am extremely friendly, patient, and compassionate and will approach you as though you are my friend and not my student. I will ensure that all your lessons are of the highest quality, and that you reach your learning goals and needs!
