I’m Alex, a passionate personal trainer with 5 years of experience helping clients achieve lasting health and fitness results. I hold level 2 Gym instructor, level 3 personal trainer, level 3 Exercise Referral qualification and Level 4 Nutrition certification, which allows me to design safe, effective, and evidence-based programmes tailored to each client’s needs. I am an experienced personal trainer, having worked in commercial, corporate and residential gyms, now offering tailored sessions from my home studio.
