About Kyle
My name is Kyle Stringer. I grew up with a love of doing sports and helping people. Coaching is how I merge the two. I myself was a collegiate track and field athlete and started doing personal training to help pay some bills in college. During my master's, to help make ends meet I worked at one of the highest performing gyms in the state of Georgia. In my time there, I worked with young athletes, all the way up to Olympic, NFL, and MLB athletes. I also trained middle-aged people who just wanted to become more fit. I trained all ages and genders at every possible training background. My specialty is athletes, but my passion is helping anyone I can.

My lessons are not cookie-cutter whatsoever. I speak with you, discussing goals and needs. Once we establish your needs based on your goals, I will write you a workout plan, and then assist in carrying it out! Because I know you are all busy people, I like to make the most of our time together. Every set, rep, and reset period is written down for you. For most of my clients, I normally start each workout with some stability exercise of some sort. This includes core movements as well as isometric and prehab exercises. After this preliminary warmup phase, we will go into a primary strength movement for that day. We normally superset it with either a contrasting movement, or a synergistic movement to reinforce the muscles worked in that movement. We will then go to our next exercise, which is normally an extension of the focus for that day, with a different stimulus. For example, if we have a chest-focused day, we may do Bench Press, and superset it with some close grip pushups or even pull-ups, then our next exercise could be a chest fly, or an incline dumbbell bench. This is never set in stone, but just a possibility. After this, we will go into more of a bodybuilding type circuit of accessory work, targeting the more specific muscles (biceps, triceps, shoulders, quads, glutes, hamstrings, etc.) We will finish with some core work or cardio depending on your time frame and goals! It’s very simple, but so effective in helping you reach your goals without breaking the bank or having to commit two hours to a workout.

Details
If you want me to be on the call with you while you execute the workout, my rate is 35/hour plus a one-time fee of $50 when I write your workout plan. If you just want a written workout plan, I charge $8 per day per month. So if you want a 2-day per week plan, that will cost $64. Each day more you request per week, each workout goes down by $1.50 with a minimum of $5 per workout. If you wanted a 6-day per week program, that would be $5 per day, at $120. I also sell stretching and mobility programs for a one-time purchase of $40.
