I am knowledgeable about Individualized Education Plan (IEP), I believe every child or individual is different and learns differently. I make use of illustrations, diagrams and graphics for difficult subjects. I use daily activities and the environment as examples in tutoring students. At the end of each session, I require feedback and lots of questions from my students for general assessment.
