About Jodian
I am a Year 2 primary school teacher with a genuine passion for helping young children grow in confidence and enjoy learning. With several years of classroom experience and a background teaching English in China, I have worked with a wide range of learners and understand how to adapt lessons to suit different ages, abilities, and learning styles. As both a teacher and a parent, I appreciate how important it is for children to feel supported, encouraged, and understood. My approach is nurturing and patient, and I aim to create a calm, positive space where children feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and celebrate their progress. I design engaging, personalised lessons that build strong foundations in key skills while keeping learning fun and meaningful. Whether a child needs extra support, a confidence boost, or more challenge, I tailor every session to meet their individual needs. My goal is not only to help children achieve academic success, but also to strengthen their self-belief, independence, and enjoyment of our sessions.
