About Sanjida

Teaching has always been more than a job for me-it's about connection. From tutoring kids in Bangladesh to managing a restaurant in New York, I've learned that every person brings their own challenges, their own story, and their own potential. As a tutor, I don't just teach; I listen. I try to see the world from my students' perspectives and figure out what they actually NEED/LACK to succeed. I think each one of us came with a lot of potential to the world but all we need is the push; a person to drive and a little bit of confidence. I've worked with children from kindergarten to grade seven, while constructing lessons to their pace and learning style. I believe the key to success isn't perfection-it's patience, a key that every teacher should behold. Patiently discovering a student and understanding their potential is how we can help them grow. Patience and empathy have always guided me, and I'm here to offer not just lessons, but encouragement, clarity, and the little confidence that you might need. About the lesson

From tutoring kids in Bangladesh to managing a restaurant in New York, each step has added to my perspective. Every experience, whether personal or professional, has shaped me. In New York, I have worked under Michelin-starred chef Hemant Mathur at Veeray Da Dhaba. Starting as a server, I spent three years mastering customer service in casual dining, fine dining, balancing high-pressure situations, and ensuring client satisfaction. I have also privately tutored from an early age and worked at a private tutoring center, teaching children from kindergarten to grade seven. That being said, the reason I have been all these is because I personally believe I have excelled the power of understanding, which I think is the key to any work or accomplishment. I believe understanding is the foundation of meaningful learning and growth. As a tutor, I bring this same mindset to my students. My goal is not just to teach you but to inspire you, to help you, the young learners, to discover your strengths, and to guide you toward academic and personal success.
