About Sam
I’m Sam. I’ve played piano for over 20 years, experimented with every synth sound and genre you can think of, and performed in gigs across America, with a hip hop collective.
I specialise in finding niche notes, itchy rhythms and am a strong believer in true expression of yourself and embarking on a musical journey whenever you sit down to play.
Music is not about thinking or doing, or trying to fit a set of rules
Music is about feeling, it’s therapy for the soul.

I will encourage you to improvise and feel the notes between the notes, and have the courage to realise there’s no such thing as a wrong ‘note,’ it’s just about having the confidence to find where it fits. Music tells the story of your soul!
