I'm writing this recommendation to wholeheartedly endorse Fred as an ELL/ESL tutor. I am the coordinator for an adult ELL program at a large suburban public library. Fred serves as a volunteer ELL tutor in our program, and we are so lucky to have him on board. Our students love working with him, and report positive outcomes.
