About Tyler
I am Tyler Ellis, and I live in South Africa, Pietermaritzburg. I studied a bachelor's degree, four years in education, and I have four years of teaching experience. I can teach all subjects like math and history; however, my specialty is English. As a highly motivated and organized individual, I possess excellent communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving. With effective time management, I efficiently handle multiple tasks. My passion for teaching and impacting learners has grown exponentially through my Bachelor's degree in Education. As a teacher, I ensure that my lessons are creative. I use online teaching tools like Canva where I create posters, infographics, and worksheets. My lessons are very engaging, and to ensure this is true, I use online gaming tools like Kahoot, Quizlet Live, etc. I am a teacher who deeply understands that all students have diverse learning methods; therefore, I ensure that I use visual, verbal, as well as reading to cater to the diverse learning methods. Every lesson is engaging and pushes the students to learn what is required in the lesson. I ensure that before the end of the lesson, my students have an in-depth understanding. I also create a safe, secure, and respectful environment where my students are able to speak their beliefs and perspectives freely.
