About Kaushik
My teaching philosophy revolves around the idea that every student has the potential to excel in mathematics. I firmly believe that the key to unlocking this potential lies in tailoring my approach to the individual needs and learning styles of each student. Building a strong foundation is paramount, and I strive to make even the most complex concepts accessible by breaking them down into manageable, understandable components. My passion for helping students stems from my own experiences as a student. I vividly recall the moments of frustration and confusion that often accompany mathematical challenges. Yet, it was the guidance and support of a few exceptional educators who not only helped me grasp the concepts but also instilled in me a deep appreciation and love for the beauty and logic of mathematics. This personal journey is at the heart of my commitment to teaching. My educational degree includes mechanical engineering and MBA. I also have significant years of work experience working with numbers.
