About Rossy
Hi, my name is Rossy, I'm from the Caribbean and I have been a plant-based eater for three years now. I started working my way up at two different 4* hotel kitchens and I'm currently working as a freelance chef for several restaurants and corporate catering. My specialty is to make plant-based food tasty through flavor combinations and different cooking techniques. During my classes, I share all of these with you.
My classes are for beginners in cooking. If you know how to cook an egg you're good to go. If you don't...you're still welcome. I will meet where you at. My classes can be both English and Dutch and if necessary we can do it in Spanish.

Besides you just don't want yet another recipe, you want to learn the basics of cooking so you can go ahead and cook your own plant-based meals.

During my classes, I want to teach you some basic cooking techniques, some knife skills, flavor pairing, and everything necessary so you can find peace & confidence in the kitchen. I'm sharing some Caribbean-inspired recipes, so if you are an adventurous eater I got you covered (nothing too crazy tho!).
My classes are for beginners in cooking. If you know how to cook an egg you're good to go. If you don't...you're still welcome. I will meet where you at. My classes can be both English and Dutch and if necessary we can do it in Spanish.
