I have worked with individuals suffering with mental illness, addiction, subject to homelessness, etc. My background has given me the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and assist in creating positive narratives and focused directions in life.

I approach things by always asking questions. People often by instinct respond to questioning with defensive behaviors. By working past that you are able to often find the root of why? Why do we engage in behaviors that cause shame and guilt? Why do we feel like we are unfocused? What is our value? Where do we belong? What's the point? I want to help people find the answers to these questions. Often it is within you all along.
