About Ate
Hi, I'm glad you came across my profile! My name is Ate, I am 25 years old and I study at the University of Utrecht. There I started my second master: teacher training. Before that I studied International Business (BSc), Philosophy (Minor) and Political Science (MSc).
As you may already see from my broad academic background, I really enjoy learning new things! What also makes me very enthusiastic is transferring knowledge to others. In addition to transferring knowledge, I would like to 'teach you to learn', so that you can do it without my help. Ultimately, every good teacher strives to make himself redundant.

Personal and focused approach to each student in order to arrive at an effective way of learning that suits you. I like to work with activating assignments in order to let my students learn by doing.
I am working on my second master (Teacher Preparatory Higher Education at the UU) and use the pedagogical and didactic knowledge of this training to to shape my lessons in the best possible way. I have experience teaching in secondary school, both in front of the class and individual tutoring.
My classes are suitable for all levels! I have experience with teaching at VMBO, HAVO, VWO and Gymnasium.
