I am a teacher by qualification, taught for 14 years in both primary school and adult education at a secondary level. Well experienced in Private sector with Sales environment training and facilitation. Also involved in community work, projects and volunteerism.

My teaching methods are based on classroom approach, learner involvement, mentoring and coaching. It also recognizes learners experiences and allow them to explain concepts through demonstrations that are extracted from their experiences. I am also open to constructive criticism as I learn a lot from that.
