About Julia
I moved to the United States from Brazil 13 years ago and have been an ESL student myself, so I know what challenges you may be facing with learning English. Prior to medical school, I was an English language assistant in Madrid, Spain, and helped many students ages 16-50 years old learn English. I also provided private tutoring lessons to kids ages 9-16 while I was there. Now that I am in medical school, I also have an interest in helping others learn medical English. I am passionate about helping people learn English as way to unlock new parts of the world!
