About Jeffrey
I have been in the optical industry over 12 years and have my ABO Certification. I have dispensed over 10,000 pairs of glasses in my career and understand what it takes to give people great optics and a great experience. I have worked in both the retail and the independent optometrist space and have been a consultant for eyewear for over 2 years. I have held multiple achievements for NPS ( Net Promoter Score) of 84.5% in a company of over 3000 stores and when the standard was 42%. I understand having a funtcional pair of glasses is key to being able to perform job duties as well as seeing your loved ones. I have sold glasses to celebreties such as Kirstie Alley, Mayor of Wichita and Coach Greg Marshall.
I enjoy giving people the best possible vision and comfort in their glasses. I'll never forget the first time I had a 5 year old put on a pair of glasses who had never seen what the world looked like until that hannah montana frame she put on and realized that trees have leaves. It was heart warming knowing that I was able to help get her into quality glasses and ensured they fit her well.
I have been a business consultant consulting large independent practices over the midwest facilitating online webinars over product and sales techniques. I have ventured into the retail and focusing on large group trainings of a large retail chain with directors, managers and associates presenting to audiences from 20-120 people.

I have primarily worked with Adults but I am a great teacher and have 4 children so I know how to work and guide children as well.
