I actually worked with Stan to help me get rid of my deep South Carolina accent. It was hard work, but Stan kept at it until we found the exact complement of exercises that I could do to eliminate the worst of my vocal habits. I can't even say what a positive outcome this has had for my professional standing. He is an artist's artist! I was studying to be a graphic designer. When I began to work with Stan I had a very academic view of the process. He was able, in a short time, to help me see how to develop my own style. After a few months of working with Stan I was getting work left and right.
