About Tiffany
I am able to think in the way of the student. I understand ho the student thinks in their way and explain the information in a way for them to understand fully. With my experience as a piano teacher, I am able to cater to the student's needs and intruct them in a personalilzed way.
I enjoy the reaction when a student understands a problem or a concept they have been stuggling with. The relief on their faces makes the job worthwile and motivates me to contintue to work with them and other students.
I was referred by a previous teacher and my teachers as well.
I have finished all the required math for an engineer at the Unversity of Illinois Urbana Champaign which includes Calculus 3, Differential Equations, and Applied Linear Algebra. I have taken the AP Calculus BC Test as well.
I also was a piano teacher and I can use this experience to cater to a students needs and be able to help them understand the content more.

With a new student, they are hesitant usually with working with someone they usually do not know. In this case, I would introduce myself and talk a little about their interests before the session starts to get to know them a little bit before. That way, the student feels more comfortable and able to retain some information during the review of the content.
I have mostly worked with elementary school students to high school students.

Details
I would charge $15-$25 per session depending on the subject. Higher level subjects as in AP material and college level math would have a higher price.
