About Danny
I have a long history with tutoring. My first experiences tutoring came in eighth grade--I tutored middle-school students every other Saturday or so. In high school, I would informally help my friends with their college essays, as I had already gotten into Northwestern University. I am currently a tutor at Northwetsern University, mostly tutoring high-school students on a variety of subjects.
I found my love for tutoring in the simple fact that I love people--so it was only fitting. The greatest joy of tutoring is being with my student: whether he/she is older, younger, or my peer, I love interacting with people. I think tutoring is one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world, and I am grateful to have had such great experiences with it.
I am currently an undergrad at Northwestern University studying computer science. I have tutored in a variety of subjects including math (of all types), physics, chemistry, computer science, ACT, SAT, college essays, and even piano lessons.

I am very flexible and comfortable adjusting my tutoring style according to the individual student's need. I will always take time out of the first lesson to figure out the best plan with my student, and in further sessions, I will repeatedly check up with the student to see if any adjustments to my style should be made. I have most commonly found that students most appreciate when I walk through a difficult problem with them and explain my thought process at each step.
I have worked with middle-school students, high-school students, and college students.
