About Alex
I have a profound passion in teaching, training, and helping people reach their goals. With my strong athletic background, sports and training have naturally become my ministry.
I've been providing individual baseball instruction at Replay Sports N Training since December 2012, where I've also coached travel teams from 11u-18u.
I coached HS baseball and football at Broad Run from 2017-2019.
I hold a Body Design University Personal Training Cerification while currently Pershing a second PT certification along with a Nutrition Certification and Strength & Conditioning Certification.
My athletic background consists of 9 varsity letters in Baseball, Basketball, and Football at Broad Run High School; Division I baseball at Alcorn St; Division II baseball & Football at UVA-Wise.
I am looking first to develop athletes, baseball players and others, with advanced skills training as well as strength & conditioning. I am also accepting personal training clients who are looking to improve there overall functional fitness and wellness.
