About Jeffrey

I have a combined experience of over 10 years at both the highschool, collegiate and professional level. Over the years, I've built a network across the country that can help young athletes get to the next level.

Whether I've known the athlete for many years or just months, it brings me great joy to know that I have brought forth a positive impact, big or small. It is the main reason why I love coaching.

I transitioned to coaching from competing as a collegiate athlete.

Master in Sports and Health Sciences

First, I examine the athlete and determine their strengths and weakenesses. Second, I establish what the athlete's goals are and what he is trying to accomplish. Then, I develop a personal plan.

All levels: Middle School, High School, Collegiate, Professional.

Every coach has a different approach. As a retired athlete, I learned to be a great player from my willingness to learn and accept advice from other athletes and mentors.
