I like to spend time asking questions that will allow me to learn about the person. Once I develop a relationship and understand what motivates each person I tap into that motivating factor to push them further in their pursuits.

Students practicing with their basketball team at school, students from inner city playing basketball to stay out of the streets , students with emotional and social dispositions. I have an extensive background working with children from all walks of life.

Will that coach make you a better player? A better person? Well I strive to improve people and the sports will take care of itself.

Working with a student that entered our sessions discouraged due to previous season having played few minutes if at all. Led the team the next season in points scored and rebounds!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Do I really want it? What am I willing to change to reach it?
