About Barbara
I am a nationally board certified health and wellness coach. I utilize a holistic program focusing on changing behaviors and lifestyle for individuals longing to feel better, lose weight, get off their medications and / or prevent impending medications.
I am certified in lifestyle medicine, and therefore can work alongside your physician and helping you achieve these goals.
When was the last time you woke up ready to face the day with energy and joy?
Many have forgotten what that feels like… We’ve experienced it as a child. But as life goes on, we’ve seem to accept the fact that life is not joyful… as we age we accept the fact that there are aches and pains that are part of life.
That’s not so… And simple changes with diet exercise, etc. how you could get back your health, energy and lust for life of your youth.
To get started by for a complementary 45 minute session will go over your goals and needs and I’ll tell you how we can go about achieving that.
The only thing that stopping you from feeling better… Is yourself!

There’s nothing to lose in your first session except for 45 minutes of your time.
