About Guadalupe
My training techniques help people who want to loose weight, get in shape, and get fit. I work a lot of cardio, which gets you sweating fast, helps improve your respiration, endurance, and stamina. I have over 8 years of ametaur boxing experience. I had 10 licenced ametaur boxing competitions on my record. I won the 2015 chicago golden gloves at 119 pounds senior novice division.
I enjoy to keep myself in shape and stay healthy. It would also be great to help others get in shape or stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle.
I have been training boxing over 8 years now. With a few USA boxing competitions under my name. I was 2015 Chicago Golden Gloves Champion at 119 pounds senior novice division.
