Weather you are a person just looking to lose some weight, get in shape and tone some muscle , or looking to learn some self defense moves , or wanting to start your professional martial arts fighting career or even just living a healthy lifestyle and loving to do some fundamental boxing , mma , Muay Thai and Jiujitsu , I AM YOUR GUY!! I have been a professional fighter since 2011. I have a bachelors in Physical Education. Fitness and Martial Arts is my passion since the day I was born not just because I like but because it's the best thing I can do . I cracked the codes to high level fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, I am not with the strict diets and training all day 7 days a week. I can get to be in the shape you like in the most natural and healthy way possible . It's the quality of the training rather than the quantity. I am highly experienced with weight loss through way of kickboxing aswell which my favorite way to lose weight since it's so much fun. I have 7 years of experience in health nutrition be it weight loss, weight gain or just a healthy lifestyle nutrition program. My job is to make you reach the highest potential of yourself.
