CBC Does What They Claim: train you to pass state board exams. That's where ALL the schools end. If you think that a school is going to give you real-world experience, then you don't know how schools work. All of the students I met there went on to pass and get work. The ones that didn't, were not motivated or diligent. Mr. Ross and the other instructors aren't full of hotair and trends. That's for YOU to pick up once you've got your license. I've been in my family's hair salon biz well over 20 years -- CBC grads would make for fine hires.

Miss Erica Allen-McKenzie is amazing!!! She truly is what keeps this school together. I am learning so much from her and am grateful for her time and dedication to her students.

I’ve read the reviews but my experience was the total opposite of what some folk had to negatively say about this School. I just moved to the city and googled some places I could afford to have my choice of services done to my hair. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Two students worked with me (one giving me hair color and the other flat ironing and style) and I would have to say I am BEYOND HAPPY with how everything turned out. If you’re worried about pricing, don’t be. If you’re worried about the student and how things will turn out, don’t be. The instructions are with them majority of the time and the prices are reasonable. SATISFIED CUSTOMER 😊👍🏽

The owner of the school are good business men. I own a Hair Salon. I have hired people from his school. He has been in the teaching business for almost 30 years . If you know how difficult it is to run a business, you know that is no easy feat. I trust the education that comes from Champions. I will continue to hire students from his school.
