I learned in college that I have a nack for explaining things. I started by teaching my friends and others, then I began offering Southern Cooking classes to tourists on another platform.

I believe we learn by doing, so like to use a hands on approach. I work side by side with students to demonstrate techniques, then provide a little guidence while they do it themselves.
