About Sarah
Working with breath and movement to achieve each individuals best possible balance. Yoga and mediation are the building bocks of optimal brain and body balance and fitness. TOGETHER WE CAN CREATE BIG CHANGES ONE POSE AT A TIME
I absolutely love seeing people work past thier bounderies. I began doing yoga after a major surgery and needed chairs and support to get through it, now I teach and share the passion that has brought me back to my best me. I love to share the same possibility with everyone I can.
I began as a student and fell in love with the changes in my body and brain and NEEDED to share the knowledge with everyone.
I have taugh yoga at various studios in Broward county, I have also substituted for some amazing teachers and even got to share yoga with Florid Atlantic University classes. I also have contudected peer reviewed research on the lonterm effects caused by stressed in children and the science behind integrateing yoga and meditation to grow the brain. I teach power yoga, restorative and relaxing yoga, hatha, kids yoga, family and post-natal yoga.

Normal hour lessons are $23.00
Ask for Stand Up Paddle Board Lesson Pricing Groups and singles available (2 hr minimum at a time) if you need a board (we can provide one for $30 extra for the entirity of the day/session)
